The ISSP Group Workbench is a private tool for the members of Group 7 of IS 272 (Strategic Information Systems), University of the Philippines Open University. It helps the group plan and track its Information Systems Strategic Plan project. It is not a commercial service and is not open to the public. It is run by Daryljade Llenado, a member of the group.
Who can use it
Only the group's members can sign in, using the UP or personal Google address on the group's contact list, or an address the group admin adds. Anyone else who tries to sign in is refused, and no account is created for them.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, e-mail address and profile photo. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts.
- What the group enters: task owners, statuses and dates, notes, meeting agendas and notes, scores, roles, member details (student number, UP e-mail, availability, time zone) and the evidence, meeting and contribution logs.
- Files the group uploads to the Files page.
- A change log: for every saved change, who made it, when, and the old and new value, so the group can see what changed.
- A sign-in record: when you sign in or are refused, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
How we use it
Only to run the workbench for the group's coursework: showing the shared plan, keeping each member's work, and recording who changed what. We do not sell or share your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use analytics or tracking.
Who can see it
The approved group members can see the workbench content, files and change log. Members see each other's names; only the admin sees the e-mail addresses on the People page. The course's faculty sees only what the group submits through MyPortal, not this workbench.
Where it is stored
The site is hosted on Netlify. The workbench data, accounts and change log are stored in a Neon Postgres database, and uploaded files in Netlify Blobs. All traffic uses HTTPS.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the course. After the course ends, the data and files are deleted, unless the group agrees to keep a copy for its own records.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. You can ask the admin to correct or delete your details, or to remove your account. You can also remove the workbench's access in your Google Account under Security, Third-party apps.
